What things cost
- Video: 4 credits per second at 480p, 8 at 720p
- With a reference clip (motion control, Butterfly): 2 per second of clip plus 2 per second of output. A clip shorter than the output counts as the output’s length.
- Image: 2 credits
- Voiceover: 2 credits; sound effect: 1 credit
Example: a 5-second 480p video is 20 credits; 10 seconds of motion control from a 10-second clip is 40.
Do credits expire?+–
Plan credits arrive each month and last 31 days. Credits from top-up packs never expire. The 20 free credits for new accounts last 30 days. We use the credits that expire first.
How does yearly billing work?+–
You pay for 10 months and get 12. Credits still arrive every month, the same amount as the monthly plan, and each month's credits last 31 days.
Can I cancel?+–
Yes, any time from Manage plan. You keep the plan and its credits until the end of the period you paid for; it does not renew.
Do I need a plan to buy a pack?+–
No. Anyone can buy a top-up pack. A plan gives you about 20% more credits for the money.
What if a creation fails?+–
You are not charged. Credits are held while it runs and go back to your balance if it fails or is blocked.
