Who we are

PugSoda (pugsoda.com) makes videos, images and audio with AI models. Questions about your data: support@pugsoda.com.

Your account

We keep your email, your name and either a hashed password or your Google account ID. Sign-in uses a session cookie.

We keep your account until you ask us to delete it.

Your uploads, prompts and results

Photos and clips you upload are stored in a private bucket and passed to the AI model that makes your creation. They are deleted after 1 day.

Prompts are sent to the model and not stored by us.

Results are stored in a private bucket for 30 days so you can download them, then deleted. Only you can open them.

Video is made by ByteDance’s Seedance 2.5 and 2.0 through Evolink. Images are made by OpenAI’s GPT Image 2.5 and ByteDance’s Seedream 5, and audio by ElevenLabs, through fal. These providers receive the files and prompts needed for each creation.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. We keep a record of each payment: amount, date and the credits added.

Ad film briefs

If you send a brief, we keep the details you typed and your email so we can reply with a quote.

Usage analytics

Only if you allow it, we count page visits and purchases with PostHog (US). We do not store IP addresses, record sessions or capture what you type. Your account appears there only as a hashed ID.

If you decline, nothing is sent and the site works the same. Change your choice any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare (hosting and file storage), Neon (database), Evolink and fal (AI models), Stripe (payments), Resend (sign-in emails), Google (sign-in with Google) and PostHog (analytics, only with consent).
