Using PugSoda

You must be 18 or older to use PugSoda. You are responsible for what you upload and make.

What you may upload

Only photos and clips you own or have permission to use. Photos of other people need their consent.

No minors, no nudity or sexual content, and nothing that harms, harasses or impersonates someone to deceive. Prompts asking for adult content are refused, and the models’ own safety filters stay on.

We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

What you make

You may use your results for personal and commercial purposes, including ads, as long as you had the rights to what you uploaded.

AI results can look different from what you expected. Check them before you publish.

Credits

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Each month's credits arrive at the start of that month (on yearly plans too) and expire after 31 days. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Manage plan; a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not refunded for the rest of that period.

Top-up packs are paid once and their credits never expire.

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or moved to another account. When you create something, the credits that expire first are used first.

New accounts get 20 free credits that expire after 30 days.

Credits are held when a creation starts and taken when the result is saved.

Refunds

If a creation fails, is blocked by a safety filter, or is not finished within 3 hours, the held credits go back to your balance automatically.

If something went wrong with a purchase or a result you paid for, email support@pugsoda.com within 7 days with the email you used and a short description.

Custom ad films

Custom work is quoted separately. The quote states the price, what you get and the number of revision rounds before work starts.

Copyright and takedown

If you own rights in material on this site, or a result shows you without your consent, email support@pugsoda.com with the page or file, your name and contact details, and a statement that the request is made in good faith. We remove infringing material once we confirm the request.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
